Edens Garden is among the biggest brand names that sell essential oils today. While there are a lot of essential oil companies, only a few brands manage to get the real seal of approval when it comes to being utterly trustworthy and favored by their customers. Known for having an incredible variety of essential oils as well as accessories, gift sets and carrier oils, it comes as no surprise that Edens Garden has logged big successes over the last few years.

A Brief History
The birth of Edens Garden started way back in the early 2000’s when Grace, the Edens Garden’ CEO, was on a mission trip to New Zealand. It was there that she enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere brought about by the countryside with its pure and untouched beauty as it can only be found in nature. Grace learned that the use of essential oils in one’s everyday life brings about a similar effect, using aroma to bring about a sense of relaxation on top of the many other health benefits involved when using essential oils.

In 2009, the industry on natural treatments and products was still growing. Not many were really using essential oils for their health benefits quite yet. However, that did not make Grace lose spirit but she instead set out to create something that would allow her to share the wonders of essential oils with everyone. After a few years of trial and error to provide the highest quality of essential oils, Edens Garden blossomed into an established, respected brand that sells various types of essential oils.

Still, at the core of their values lies customer service, and serving the customer’s needs, which explains their growth due to a positive reputation and positive customer experiences.
Foundation of Trust and Safety
Over the course of many years, Edens Garden has built a strong foundation of trust and safety among its customers. All the oils that are sold by Edens Garden are 100% therapeutic grade. This means that they don’t contain any pesticides, herbicides or any harmful ingredient that may harm the skin in any way. Edens Garden also assures that their essential oils are not added with bases, carriers or additives of any kind to make them pure and promote their benefits to the fullest. Today, essential oils are known all over the world because of their beneficial effects to our health.

A Whopping Collection of Edens Garden Essential Oils
Edens Garden has a lot to offer when it comes to their essential oils collection and product offerings. They sell a variety of essential oils, carrier oils, accessories and gift packs that have a lot of discounts and bonuses that go along with each purchase. My personal favorites are the gift sets (scroll down a bit to find the overview) because they offer such an exclusive value, plus they just look so pretty when they arrive in the gift set box!
At Edens Garden, you can buy both single essential oils and essential oil synergies. The synergies are pre-blended mixes of essential oils that serve a particular purpose, such as fighting germs or lifting the spirits. In aromatherapy, the blending of essential oils is a very coveted art that has many moving parts to take into consideration. When someone creates a good blend that works well and is pleasing to the nose, it’s time to celebrate! If you don’t want to mix on your own, choose ready-made blends to get started on your aromatherapy journey.
Edens Garden offers a whopping collection of over 150 essential oils, and they are still continuously adding more blends and coming up with new varieties, making their offerings one of the biggest essential oil collections among the various essential oil brands.
Their oils can be purchased from bottles of 5 mL up to 30 mL with a wide range of scents to choose from. You can buy single aroma oils, or a variety of blends as well. Essential oils sold include the likes of coriander, eucalyptus, apricot, carrot, kanuka, lavender and a whole lot more as you explore the brand and their offerings.
The price point of these essential oils ranges from $3 up to $30, depending on the kind and amount of the essential oil. This is a very fair and reasonable price range, and allows most customers to try essential oils without breaking the bank.
OK for Kids™ Essential Oils
Eden’s Garden offers 18 synergy blends that have specially been created to be OK for kids. Two experts have worked together to create this line-up, with both safety and aromatherapeutic benefits in mind: aromatherapist Sylla Sheppard-Hanger, and essential oil chemist Dr. Robert Pappas.
Blends have fun labels, and fun names such as “Focus Focus Focus”, or “Ouch Erase”, so getting your mini ones started with essential oils is both easy and fun! Each blend addresses the most common needs of parents and children, and has an aroma your little ones will love!
These oils are 100% pure, and never adulterated.
Essential oils work in synergistic ways, that is, the oils have a multiplied effect of benefits when combined. This is why essential oil companies sell blends, because they’re ready-made to serve a particular purpose.
At Edens Garden, you can choose from 57 different blends from “Stay Alert” to “Worry Less”, from “Muscle Relief” to “Anxiety Ease”. If you’d like help to narrow down this incredible selection, I have curated a list of my Top 18 Best Edens Garden Synergy Blends here. If you’re ready to shop Edens Garden blends, click here.
Edens Garden does not only sell single essential oils, they also sell carrier oils, which are used to dilute the single oils so they can be safely applied to the skin. If you’re looking for high quality carrier oils to mix with your essential oil, then you can choose from the 13 different carrier oils that Edens Garden has in store. The collection includes avocado, hemp seed, macadamia, camellia seed, sweet almond and a few more. The price range of these carrier oils range from $3 up to $10, depending on the kind of carrier oil. Find them on Amazon.
Gifts and Sets
If you’re looking for a bargain on essential oils and carrier oils, or looking to give essential oils as a gift, Edens Gardens’ essential oil sets are my absolute favorite. Their oil sets come in pretty boxes, which makes them absolutely perfect as gifts. Most of these essential oil sets include a brochure which will help guide you in using the oils properly and you can choose a variety of sets that suit your needs.
My favorite Edens Garden Essential Oil gift sets:
Build Your Own Set
If none of the suggested starter sets are what you’re looking for, Eden’s Garden has a super neat feature on their website where you can build your own set of essential oils. Perhaps you’re looking for a specific combo of essential oils that you’re missing in your collection, or you want to gift somebody a set that is hand chosen for their specific needs. Whatever your reason for building your own kit is, you can make a custom set of 2, 6, 12, or 32 essential oils. Pricing is $11.95 (for the set of 2), $31.95 (for the set of 6), $58.95 (for the set of 12), and $144.95 (for the set of 32 oils). From my personal experience, I can tell you that this is a really fun way to shop!
If you’re not shopping for yourself, but rather are looking for a special gift for someone, Eden’s Garden also offers beautiful gift wrapping services that you can add to your order. It’s $4.99 and can really make your life a lot easier, not to mention that it will elevate the gift receiver’s experience.
However, if you don’t choose to have your oil set wrapped – rest assured that the un-boxing of any oil kit will be a beautiful experience regardless. The oil set boxes, design, look and feel of the packaging in itself already feels very luxurious and is bound to make any gift receiver extremely happy.
At Eden’s Garden, you can not only shop for essential oils, synergies, and gift sets, but you can also stock up on a whole bunch of cool accessories. Or find unique gifts for that essential oil lover in your family that already has a sizable oils collection, but would possibly enjoy some bells and whistles. For example, the all-natural reed diffuser is a perfectly thoughtful gift or accessory – and easy to travel with, too.
Essential Oils Reed Diffuser
Use the Reed Diffuser on your bedside table to invite peaceful sleep, or set it on your desk for a more focused work period.
To use the reed diffuser, take the cap off your 10 ml bottle of oil (Eden’s Garden brand), and carefully pop out the plastic euro dropper. Twist the wooden sleeve onto the bottle and slip the little reed sticks into the bottle. Place the wooden tray underneath the bottle to prevent spillage and place anywhere you’d like.
The petite Reed Diffuser takes about 1-2 hours to absorb and emit an aroma. To refresh, rotate the reed sticks every 1-2 days.
Natural Essential Oil Soaps
The Edens Garden essential oil company also offers beautiful artisan made bar soap, using 100% pure essential oils as an ingredient. These natural bar soaps combine the benefits of aromatherapy with flawless cleansing. Cold processed to ensure revitalizing nutrients remainintact, EG’s natural soap is free of toxic fragrances and synthetic chemicals.
If you’re not familiar with Edens Garden’s “Fighting Five” blend, it’s basically EG’s alternative to Young Living’s “Thieves” (you can find more alternatives to Thieves here), and a very popular blend due to its germ-fighting abilities. It comes as no surprise, then, that Eden’s Garden also offers a natural soap of Fighting Five. This is a perfect hand soap choice for fall, spring and winter months, also known as the cold and flu season. I personally use it and love knowing that I have extra germ-fighting power on my hands simply by using this type of hand soap.
If you like to wear the beautiful scents of essential oils as a perfume, but don’t necessarily need the full blast of aromatherapy benefits, you can also opt for Edens Gardens’ natural perfumes. These fragrances are made at a 20% concentration of essential oils. At that, they still carry aromatherapy benefits, but aren’t necessarily as potent as their undiluted counterparts. The beautiful thing about these natural perfumes is though, that they are free of synthetic & toxic fragrances. They are still made using 100% pure essential oils. So you are not spraying yourself in anything harmful while using these.
Can I Ingest Edens Garden Oils?
No – the internal use of Edens Garden essential oils is not recommended. In an article originally published as a newsletter from Edens’ Garden (and posted on their blog here), Eden’s Garden officially states to not use their oils without consulting with your medical care provider(s) and aromatherapist(s). Because essential oils are highly concentrated substances, there are dangers when they come into direct contact with your vital organs such as the mouth, tongue or stomach. Oils will attach to the mucous membrane which lines these organs, and cause potential harm.
Personally, I absolutely support this opinion as well. Every person using essential oils should know that the FDA does not regulate this industry, hence leaving oil companies completely to their own merit in terms of what can and cannot be advertised in this regard. If you want to learn more about essential oil safety, find more info in my article here: Using Essential Oils Safely.
Loyalty Rewards Program
Now, onto lighter topics again! :)
At Eden’s Garden, the minute you sign up for an online account on their website, you are eligible to earn rewards points. Their rewards points are called “notes”, and you’ll earn 1 note (or “point”) per $1 spent to begin with. This is the entry-level membership. After 5,000 points earned, you’ll start receiving 2 notes per $1 spent. You can redeem your points on any of your future orders. They also never expire so you don’t have to feel rushed to use them up.
There is a scale of how much Eden’s Garden Points are worth:
- 200 Points = $5 = 2.5% Discount
- 500 Points = $15 = 3% Discount
- 750 Points = $25 = 3.3% Discount
- 1400 Points = $50 = 3.6% Discount
I’ve done the math for you here and this means that you get between 2.5% – 3.6% of a discount on your next order once you’ve collected a bunch of points.
There are also a few special ways to earn extra points, for example, if you follow them on Instagram or Facebook, you receive an extra +50 notes. You can read more details about the Edens’ Garden Customer Loyalty Program here.
Overall, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed reviewing Edens Garden essential oils. I’ve learned that they are a high quality store that sells a huge collection of essential oils. With the wide variety of oils that you can choose from, as well as the different sets that you can buy, it’s very flexible to shop here for essential oils. Eden’s Garden’s offer is for 100% pure, clean and fresh oils still at a price affordable to everyone. This means that the benefits of essential oil use can be shared and enjoyed regardless of budget available – yes!
