If you’ve tried all of these steps and tips and still nothing helps, please direct your inquiry to the 3rd party seller that you’ve purchased your diffuser from. They will be able to best assist you with any possible needs for replacement parts, warranty services, or other general customer service inquiries related to your specific unit. I cannot personally troubleshoot specific diffuser problems from a distance.
